CG-Senior Interview Skills Training
I had a strong CV and needed to gather my thoughts on how to present myself and my experiences to demonstrate my suitability for a VP role, as I hadn’t interviewed for a good few years. Leap’s Interview Skills Training helped me articulate and express how my experiences lent themselves to the role in question.
I thought the mock interview aspect was very good. I felt Patricia understood where I was coming from and my rationale for going for the job. When I was, I enjoyed being put on the spot with the competency questions and being challenged on some of the points I was making. I do tend to waffle on, and Patricia got me to think logically, answer the question with 1-2 points and close it.
Patricia’s coaching really kept me grounded and focused on the task at hand. I was offered the role and was delighted to accept it.
