Public Service Interview Skills Training EOC

I undertook interview skills training and a mock interview with Patricia ahead of a public sector competency-based interview. I’d struggled with the competency format in the past and Patricia really helped me get my head around how best to approach it and what the interviewers would be looking for. I found the training really helpful and such a boost to my confidence going into the interview. I ended up placing 2nd on the panel and while I wasn’t ultimately offered the job, I was pleased with my performance and felt it was a massive improvement on previous experiences. I’d absolutely recommend Patricia to anyone looking for help with interview skills generally, or with preparing to interview for a specific position.
