Early Career Coaching Testimonial – AD

My main reason for signing up for the coaching programme was that I was not getting interviews. I was feeling lost in the job market as an entry-level job-seeker and a none-native English speaker. I have already figured out what I want to do, but I was doubting I could get there. I was struggling to perform well during interviews due to a lack of experience with them and a lack of confidence in my abilities. My main goal was to find a job in the area that interests me in Logistics, and to achieve that, it was necessary to start getting more interview invitations and practice interview questions. Patricia helped me understand that my experience is extensive enough for my goals, and I got more confident in speaking about it in interviews. Practising interview questions and getting feedback was especially helpful in my situation. I was able to improve my strategy for interview preparation and writing cover letters that showcase my most relevant skills for the job. As a result of taking part in the coaching programme, I have now started a job in logistics operations and am enjoying being busy and feeling confident in a new place. If I require any help in my future career journey, I will definitely go to Patricia.
