4. Client Portal Access: Clients have access to view their payment history and saved payment methods through the client portal, providing transparency and convenience.
5. Cards on File: Clients can choose to save their payment cards for future use, enabling quicker and more convenient payments for recurring services or future bookings.
6. Recurring Payments: Clients have the option to set up recurring payments using their saved payment methods, simplifying the process for ongoing services or subscriptions.
7. Business Side Processing: Businesses utilizing vCita can securely access and utilize the saved payment cards of their clients for future charges, ensuring seamless transactions and efficient billing processes.
8. Consent: By saving their payment information or making payments through the vCita booking system, clients consent to the terms and policies outlined herein.
9. Compliance: vCita adheres to all relevant regulations and standards regarding online payment processing and data security to safeguard clients’ sensitive information.
10. Changes: vCita reserves the right to update or modify these policies as necessary to comply with industry standards or regulatory requirements.
